Return to Play Resource Guide

We are here to support your organization as you safely return to play. Alongside local resources and COVID-19 guidelines, you have all the tools you need within Goalline to keep your parents and players up-to-date on your policies and guidelines.

As many leagues return to play, online registration may look different than in past seasons. Be sure to get set up quickly, include any new waivers or policy changes, and offer contactless options for easy signup.

Easy to Create Online Forms: Save time by rolling over previous seasons to maintain questions, volunteer roles, and age divisions.

Safe, Contactless Options: Keep registration contactless while making it as convenient and accessible as possible. Your members are on the go, and you can meet them where they are with the only Mobile-First experience on the market.

Best First Impression: If you’re looking to spruce your website up for your upcoming season you might want to consider changing your theme. Your organization can change and update your theme at any time without the risk of losing any content. 

Updating Your Homepage: Along with updating your theme, be sure to update the content on your homepage. The homepage is the first thing parents will see when they access your website, so ensuring the content is relevant is a great first impression. 

Managing Inner Pages: Are you looking to get the most out of your inner pages? Look no further, our highly trained onboarding team recently hosted a feature spotlight on decorating inner pages. 

Sync with Media: Technically your site is already live. The link we provided for you when you signed up can be shared with anyone. Most people might consider a site live when they are ready to point their domain over to their site. If this is the case, our support team is ready to help. 

Parents need to feel comfortable and know that you are doing your best to keep their children safe. To assist you with that, we have compiled some helpful guidelines and useful assets you can use when returning to play. 

Adding COVID Waivers: Include social distancing policies, facility waivers, and any other new guidelines into registration with custom Waiver questions or other forms of custom questions.

Sport Information Resource Center: Guidance and tools to help people make decisions, protect, and communicate with their communities. 

Hockey Canada Return to Play: This general informational resource, created by the Aspen Institute with the support of medical experts, is designed to help people of all ages assess risk in a variety of common sport and recreational activities. 

Please be sure to follow federal, state, and local guidelines for returning to play.

Video Resources: In addition to our help center videos, we have a full Vimeo video channel that includes a library of short-form and long-form videos and webinar recordings to help answer your questions.
